Bookings and clients
See your customers
Find any client, see their contact details and every booking with them, and how much they've spent with you.
Everyone who has booked with you is listed under Customers in the sidebar. A client is added automatically the first time they book, whether they book themselves or you book for them. Someone who came to a booking another person paid for is listed too, marked attendee.
The customer list
For each client, the list shows:
| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Name | Their name |
| Their email address | |
| Phone | Their phone number, if they gave one when booking |
| Bookings | How many bookings they've made or attended, including cancelled ones |
| Last Booking | The date of their latest appointment, which can be one that's still to come |
| Customer Since | When they first booked with you |
Search by name or email, and select Name or Email to sort. Use Columns to hide the columns you don't need.
Each row's actions menu has:
- Copy email
- View details, which opens the client's details
- View bookings, which opens Bookings showing only that client's bookings
A client's details
Select a client to open Customer Details. It shows their email and phone number, and three totals:
- Total Bookings
- Total Revenue: what they've paid you, including any packages, after refunds and not counting tax
- Customer Since
Below that, Booking History lists every booking with them, with its date, service, status, payment and price. Select a booking to open it. If they've attended bookings someone else paid for, those are listed separately under Attending (not the payer).
A client's details come from what they enter when they book. You can't edit or delete a customer.
